FAQ

We are here to help you every step of the way with all of your printing needs. Below are some commonly asked questions that can get you started.

How do I send my artwork or design files to Sprint?
Just go to the ‘UPLOAD FILES’ page on our website. Fill out the form with your name, email address, phone number and a description of your file. It is important that we have a way to contact you about your order. When you click ‘SUBMIT’ you will be taken to a form that will allow you to navigate to a file on your computer to upload. Please read our Resources page to find out what file formats are recommended. Once you find your file, be sure to click the UPLOAD button. This will send your file to Sprint. You will receive an email acknowledgement that your file has been sent to Sprint.

What file formats do you accept?
On our Resources Page you will find all of the file formats and sizes we recommend. You will also find other important information about preparing your artwork for uploading and printing.

Will I receive an acknowledgement after my files are uploaded?
Yes! Soon after you upload your files you will receive an email letting you know that your files have been uploaded. Next, you will get an email or phone call from Sprint confirming that your files have been received, and letting you know if there are any questions about them.

Can I specify recycled content in the paper?
Absolutely. We have many recycled papers in stock, in different colors and weights. We use Forest Stewardship Council certified products. Recycled paper is made from either 100% discarded (post-consumer) paper, or a mix of post-consumer and pre-consumer paper. Ask us about the differences and which papers might work best for your project.

Will I receive a proof copy before production?
We will always print a digital ‘proof’ or one or two copies of your product before we go to press, to identify any adjustments to the graphics, color or text that might be needed. We will ask you to sign off on the proof, indicating that you approve it, and are ready to proceed with the printing of the full run of your order. See our Resources Page for more information about printing proofs.

What types of paper are available?
We have a wide range of papers and card stocks in stock, available in many colors. We are happy to help you select the paper that is right for your project. We offer many papers with recycled content.
